Meet Temitope Olu
I come from a place of first beginnings, and I carry a calling to create paths where there were none. Through storytelling, writing, coaching, and advocacy, I help women & children find their voice, rebuild from within, and grow into their God-given purpose.

During my journey through health education, relationship coaching, faith formation, leadership development, and women’s advocacy, one truth became clear:

Step one begins with a short application, designed to help you reflect on where you are and what support you’re seeking.
​
Next, we’ll schedule a complimentary clarity call. During this call, we’ll explore your primary relationship or emotional challenge, clarify what you truly want, and discuss your goals for coaching. This conversation is also a mutual discernment space. I only move forward with clients when I genuinely believe I can support their growth and healing well.
​
If we decide to work together, coaching sessions take place via video or phone for 45–60 minutes, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your needs. Between sessions, you’ll receive thoughtful support through email check-ins, guided reflections or exercises, and additional resources to help you integrate what we explore.
To ensure depth, presence, and quality care, I work with a limited number of clients at a time. This allows me to offer intentional support, meaningful accountability, and consistent guidance throughout your journey.
At the heart of this work is transformation, not quick fixes. I work best with women who are motivated, self-aware, and committed to the process of lasting change. If you’re ready to engage honestly, patiently, and with intention, this space was created for you.
