We exist to help women & leaders become whole, flourish in Christ, & steward their God-given purpose. Through every programme, resource, & community, we are building a Kingdom ecosystem where no one has to heal alone, grow alone, or lead alone.

My approach to coaching is built upon a lifelong commitment to listening, discernment, & empathetic care. From a young age, I found myself naturally positioned as a holder of space, someone sought out not for quick answers, but for the depth of my presence & my ability to observe the intricate dynamics of human connection. This early sensitivity cultivated a core conviction: healthy, flourishing relationships are not a mystery; they are the result of intentionality, alignment, & a solid foundation.​ My academic background in Health Education provided a formal multidisciplinary lens through which I view human systems. Studying maternal & child health, preventative care, & health advocacy allowed me to integrate relationship dynamics with systemic health. This academic rigour mirrored my natural inclination toward supporting individuals and communities as they navigate the complexities of identity and wholeness. Professional coaching eventually emerged as the ideal framework to bring structure to this calling, allowing me to merge systems thinking with compassionate insight to facilitate sustainable transformation for women at the intersection of health, relationships, and purpose. 

 

A Defining Call

​A pivotal shift in my journey occurred during a significant season of prayer. I encountered the profound truth of Isaiah 43:1: “I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine.” In that moment, the weight of striving for achievement & approval was replaced by a radical surrender. I realised that my value was not contingent upon a "perfected" version of myself, but was already secured in Christ. This encounter reoriented my entire life and practice. My work shifted from being performance-driven to purpose-led, anchored in grace & obedience. Faith became & remains the primary lens through which I view identity, leadership, and service.

Sent to Women

​Through spiritual formation & prayer, my professional assignment became clear: I am called to serve women. I possess a deep resonance with the unique tensions women carry & a capacity to speak into their lives with cultural & spiritual fluency. This conviction led to the founding of The Torch & Terebinth Ordinance, a non-denominational ministry for women, formerly known as Women Secured, a platform dedicated to helping women move from burnout to purpose, from confusion to clarity, and from spiritual dryness to abundant life in Christ. Today, my work spans:
