My work as a coach is rooted in a lifelong posture of listening, discernment, and care. From an early age, people sought me out not because I had all the answers, but because I held space well. I learned early to observe human dynamics closely, especially within intimate relationships, and to appreciate both male and female perspectives. That early sensitivity shaped my conviction that healthy relationships are not mysterious or unattainable; they require intention, alignment, and the right foundations.

During my undergraduate studies in Health Education, I was formally introduced to maternal and child health, health systems, preventive care, education, relationship dynamics, and health advocacy. This multidisciplinary exposure deeply resonated with me, as it mirrored the work I had long been drawn to, supporting individuals and communities in navigating life, relationships, and identity with clarity and wholeness.

Coaching emerged as the framework that brought structure and depth to this calling. It allowed me to integrate insight, compassion, and systems thinking in a way that supports meaningful, sustainable transformation, particularly for women and children at the intersection of health, relationships, and purpose.

A Defining Call

A pivotal moment in my journey occurred on a birthday crossover night during prayer. God spoke clearly and personally to me through Isaiah 43:1: “I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine.” That moment marked a profound surrender. I realised that much of my striving for achievement, approval, even “doing good” had been an attempt to earn love that was already freely given. God was not asking for a perfected version of me; He wanted me. Fully. Honestly. As I was.

That encounter reoriented my life and my work. I understood that my calling was not performance-driven but purpose-led, anchored in grace and obedience. From that point forward, faith became the lens through which I understood identity, relationships, leadership, and service.

Sent to Women

​

Through prayer and continued spiritual formation, I became deeply aware that my assignment was to women. I could feel what they feel, understand the tensions they carry, and speak their language (Ezekiel 3:4–5). This conviction led to the evolution of my platform into Women Secured, a space devoted to mentoring, coaching, and guiding women toward emotional healing, spiritual depth, and confident faith in Christ. Today, my work spans faith & purpose coaching, relationship and emotional wellness coaching, writing, podcasting, and advocacy. Across all expressions, my focus remains the same: helping women address the intimate matters of the heart while growing into grounded, whole, and purpose-aligned lives.

I am also the author of published works available on Amazon Kindle and Selar. I write devotionals and reflective narratives that give language to becoming, healing, and hope.

My Philosophy

​

I believe women do not need fixing; they need clarity, safety, truth, and permission to return to themselves and to God. Coaching, for me, is not about control or dependency; it is about discernment, responsibility, and growth. I walk alongside women as they learn to see clearly, choose wisely, and live faithfully. This work is both professional and deeply personal. I serve from lived experience, trained insight, and a surrendered faith.
